The undersigned
- requests the inclusion of its data in the online Production Guide on www.calabriafilmcommission.it, a service that allows the identification of professionals residing or companies with their registered office in Calabria and operating in the regional audiovisual sector;
- authorises the Calabria Film Commission to carry out any editorial revisions necessary for the correct presentation of data, including the elimination of any untruthful statements concerning CVs and collaborations;
- undertakes to inform the Calabria Film Commission of any change in the aforementioned data, in order to guarantee the quality and credibility of the service.

A maximum of two professional categories can be registered.
The Calabria Film Commission reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject the inclusion of the applicant’s file in the Production Guide and the placement in the senior or junior category.
